Return and exchange eligibility
Return and exchange requests are generally subject to the seller's policy on the original platform. Eligibility is ultimately determined by the seller.
- Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible
- Opened personal care items, underwear, food or consumables may be restricted
- Activated digital products and seller-marked non-returnable items may be excluded
Return request timeframe
To maximize the chance of a successful return or exchange, we recommend submitting your request within 5 days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
