Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products they purchase are authentic, legally compliant and permitted in their country or region.
- Counterfeit goods, pirated content and unauthorized replicas are prohibited
- Illegally reproduced or manufactured products are prohibited
- Products that infringe intellectual property rights are prohibited
PRVBUY actions
PRVBUY works with sellers, logistics providers, platform partners and rights holders to reduce the risk of counterfeit products entering the supply chain.
- Remove or reject suspicious orders
- Request additional product documentation
- Refuse shipment of restricted or unverifiable items
- Assist with investigations involving authenticity concerns
Customer agreement
By using PRVBUY, you agree not to intentionally purchase illegally reproduced, replicated, pirated or counterfeit products.
- You are responsible for product compliance in your destination
- PRVBUY may act against fraudulent, illegal or prohibited purchasing activity
- Service access may be restricted if this policy is violated
Product documentation
If authenticity is uncertain, buyers are encouraged to request supporting documentation from sellers, including invoices or proof of purchase where available.
- Documentation may be requested for compliance review
- Altered or misleading documentation may result in cancellation
- Fraudulent documentation may lead to account restrictions
Consequences of non-compliance
Violating this policy may result in order cancellation, service refusal, account restrictions, withheld funds or inventory disposal where permitted by law.
